On 2 July 2022, rhe radio channel rbbKultur will broadcast the performance of Richard Wagner's "Die Meistersinger aus Nürnberg" live from the Deutsche Oper Berlin. Conductor Markus Stenz has the musical direction, Klaus Florian Vogt sings the role of Walther von Stolzing in the new production. Johan Reuter (Hans Sachs), Philipp Jekal (Beckmesser), Heidi Stober (Eva), Ya-Chung Huang (David) and Annika Schlicht (Madgalena) among others can be heard in other roles.

Klaus Florian Vogt will make his debut with the Berliner Philharmoniker as soloist at the concert in the Waldbühne next year. The open-air concert traditionally marks the end of the orchestra's season and will take place 24 June 2023. Tickets go on sale on 29 August 2022, the program will be announced later.

At the Bayreuth Festival 2022, Klaus Florian Vogt can be heard in two stage productions. In the new production of the "Ring des Nibelungen," he will sing Siegmund in "Die Walküre." Valentin Schwarz is the stage director of this new production, the conductor is Pietari Inkinen. Klaus Florian also takes on the title role in "Lohengrin"; Yuval Sharon's production premiered in 2018. The festival will once again conclude with two concerts with the Bayreuth Festival Orchestra conducted by Andris Nelsons; the program presents excerpts from "Tannhäuser," "Rienzi" and "Tristan und Isolde.
